Why did ADVISA need help? Why was this an important project?

Littlefield: We had outgrown the capabilities of our previous site. While we loved the look and feel of what we had, it was no longer conducive to the types of campaigns we wanted to launch in an effort to meet business goals.

Our B2B web development project was nearly two years in the making. It was pushed off because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once we started working on our competitive advantage and brand story, it became clear our current site wasn’t built to tell our story or convert leads.

With new marketing goals and campaigns in mind, we had to make a change, and what better time than now?

What were some of your challenges?

Littlefield: One of my colleagues introduces herself as someone with a lot of opinions. And, while it sounds funny, it really encapsulates all of us at ADVISA.

Each leader has a unique perspective along with different business goals and objectives. That’s why it’s no surprise that when all of us get into a room together it’s hard to define “where to start” or even what’s next.

We needed a website partner who could outline the B2B web development process and keep our team focused. We needed a partner who could help manage all of our team’s opinions to develop something ADVISA could be proud of.

There are a lot of web design and brand companies in Indianapolis to choose from. Why did you choose TBH Creative as your partner?

Littlefield: When our team first started discussing a new B2B web development project, I immediately included TBH Creative. They made my list of companies to talk to due to a previous work experience with Tatum.
