The Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI) is a leading translational research institute that advances academic and industry science through collaboration to improve patient health.
The IBRI, which is emerging as a research leader nationally and even globally, focuses on collaborating with scientists to accelerate treatments and therapies to improve patient outcomes.
TBH Creative helped the IBRI build brand awareness. The focus areas of research promoted include diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and pediatric rare diseases.
The campaign included the development of new messaging, artwork, and promotional tactics across various mediums.

Nerve injury and limb pain program campaign

Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center launched a new specialty program to treat patients with peripheral nerve pain after a traumatic injury. These promotions were launched to build brand awareness.
The healthcare marketing firm TBH Creative was hired to build awareness in the community and state for this unique care program for patients with limb pain after nerve injuries.
Our work included branding for the new program, information content about the program, and campaign assets to drive awareness as well as lead generation.

OrthoIndy provides many services, including exceptional cutting-edge spine care.
Although widely known as the place to go for joint pain and sports injuries, many people in the community weren’t aware that back care was also one of OrthoIndy’s areas of expertise. And, it didn’t help that the amount of local competition—including practices with the word “spine” in their names—was rising.
To improve brand awareness, OrthoIndy needed an integrated campaign to reach patients needing back surgery.
The success measure of this campaign wasn’t just increasing recognition but also growing trackable surgeries from marketing initiatives by 50%. For the goal of awareness, we crafted a commercial to stand out in a crowded market.

The Illinois Bone & Joint Institute’s redesigned website features streamlined navigation, cleaner design, improved mobile experience, faster page loading, reorganized health resources and patient stories, and more straightforward appointment requests.
IBJI was looking to develop new code to ensure a higher-quality website to better match its brand identity as the premier destination for first-rate orthopedic care.
The IBJI marketing team is using their new website to support other ongoing strategic efforts in brand development and digital marketing to help their experienced specialists help more people battling orthopedic pain.

TBH Creative redesigned Illinois Bone & Joint Institute’s website in 2022. They needed to improve functionality, mobile usability, and aesthetic appeal.
They had over 200 providers and another 100+ staff and physical therapists. The current system relied on a plug-in, was limited in functionality, and was full of errors. Speed was also a problem.
Our solution included a database-driven search approach with an intuitive layout to enable users to find the desired provider quickly. We gave special attention to mobile design, as nearly 65% of their users visit IBJI’s site on handheld devices.
We also designed and developed robust provider bio pages to account for variance between different providers’ information. We also prepared a microsite feature for media and resources attached to each provider.
