Hi, I’m Katie. I joined the TBH Creative team in November 2020 as the vice president of operations.
My career in digital marketing started nearly a decade ago, and my passion is helping others identify and achieve their business goals.
From agency CEO to in-house director of marketing, my career has taken me to places I never thought imaginable; from supporting the local tech community to presidential campaigns, from launching a game store to selling car engines online.
While these experiences are very different, they also proved that the key to project success starts with: clearly identified goals and documented strategy, the ability to adapt based on the data, and clear communication. Digital marketing looks different for every client, but it’s always a marathon, not a sprint.
While my time at TBH Creative is only just beginning, I feel like I’ve been a part of this team for years. I’m looking forward to continuing to serve our clients—and our team members—for many years to come.
From project kick-off through launch and beyond, you’ll find me:

I’m ecstatic to dive deeper to continue to grow and learn with Tatum and the rest of the TBH Creative staff. They’ve already proven to be the best of the best, and I know they will continue to exceed my expectations.

In my non-work time …
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my husband and our two adorable little girls. Our family enjoys spending time at local parks and splash pads, the Indianapolis Zoo, Conner Prairie, and the library.
Post-pandemic, we’re looking forward to traveling and making more special memories as the whole world returns to “normal.”
