Four popular template website solutions

For many small businesses and start-ups, investing in a major website project with a professional agency may not be in the budget or may not be necessary for the goals of the business. Fortunately, companies in need of a simple website have the option of using a website builder service. These services typically provide access to basic website templates for little to no cost so users can get a website up and running quickly and with minimal experience.

NOTE: TBH Creative does not offer template website solutions. So, why are we writing this post?! Our goal is to be a quality resource to any company seeking digital marketing help, even companies who are not a good fit for the full scope of our services (for whatever reason - oftentimes budget or timing) and are in need of a simpler solution. Even if one of these website builders is a better fit for your business needs now, we hope you'll think of us when it's time for an upgrade, marketing strategy service, and other customized solutions in the future.
It's important to note that a template website lacks custom solutions and less service - the legwork in general and also the strategy, content, and production work are left to you. In comparison to working with a full-service digital marketing agency like TBH Creative instead, your website will receive a strategic solution that is custom designed and planned by professionals.

With that, if you are here and think a website builder is the right choice for your business, we've put together reviews of our four top picks to help get you started.

Finding free web design resources

Creating a website requires all kinds of resources: fonts, photos, and graphics, just to name a few. While there are tons of these resources out there, more often than not they come with a fee. If a client doesn’t have the budget for premium resources, it can be challenging to find free alternatives without sacrificing quality. But don’t worry! There are plenty of free, high-quality resources out there if you know where to look. In this article you will find a collection of websites that provide free web design resources, along with tips for hunting them down.

Meet Joe, project manager at TBH Creative

Hello blog reader - my name is Joe, and I am the newest member of the TBH Creative team. I came on board in mid-September as a project manager, and I bring a varied set of experiences with me to TBH. I have primarily worked within marketing strategy, video, social media, and web content management. There is a lot to learn as I settle into my new role, but I am excited to support TBH Creative's clients with great service, creative solutions, and a sparkling personality.

My interest in digital marketing began as an interest in video production. Through high school, college at Ball State, and after graduating, I enjoyed finding clever ways to communicate with an audience by shooting and editing promotional and educational videos. This skill set naturally led its way to roles as project leader, content manager, promotion/campaign coordinator, and communication support. As I delved deeper into the "why" of digital media, I saw how it fit into the marketing mix for businesses and was eager to learn more. So, in 2013 I earned my Masters in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University, arming myself with knowledge and new skills.
